Job Summary: Provides EAP services to clients and participates in program/service development, marketing and sales to current prospective clients and companies.

Job Requirements: Masters degree in behavioral science required. Emphasis in counseling and training in Employee Assistance programs preferred. CEAP and/or CSAC certification preferred. At least 3 years work experience in clinical counseling required. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team member. Is able to communicate in a clear, concise manner both verbally and written. Program management, assessment skills and training skills. Public speaking and group facilitation skills required.
