NORMAL: Self Esteem Stomp

Normal in schools (normal-life) is developing preventative programming for students aged five and up. By providing tools to promote healthy wellness, self-esteem, body image and communication, nis seeks to reduce the shame, stigma and myths surrounding mental health issues and to one day prevent the onset of illness.

Self Esteem Stomp

A family-friendly 5k fun walk that ends with interactive activities including music, art, theatre, yoga and more!

Sunday October 24th
9am – 3pm (walk starts at 10am!)
Alverno College in Milwaukee

All proceeds support the NORMAL in Schools nonprofit which educates about body image, self esteem and family communication through the visual and performing arts.

Come learn healthy ways to express yourself while having a blast! Bring along friends, family or form a team for a great morning of fun.

  • Students! Form a team to show your school spirit! Prizes offered for most creative display of positive self esteem!
  • Teachers! Inspire service learning and have kidsteach others about self esteem!
  • Families! Have fun walking together and exploring exciting activities!
